This site sets no cookies and collects no personal data. What little we measure, we measure in aggregate: to understand which products readers find most useful, nothing more.

review.solar sets no cookies, first-party or third-party. There is no login, no account, no session token, and no tracking pixel. You can verify this in your browser's developer tools.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that operates without cookies and without collecting personal data. Plausible counts page views and referral sources at an aggregate level only. No IP address is stored. No browsing history is built. No data is shared with or sold to third parties. Because no personal data is processed, no consent banner is required under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive. You can read Plausible's data policy at plausible.io/data-policy.

What we measure and why

Aggregate page view data tells us which product categories and scorecards readers find most useful. This informs which products we prioritise for review, and helps us understand where the market is heading. We do not track individual users, and we cannot identify you from any data we hold.
