How long until I hear back?
We read every message and reply directly, usually within a few business days. For a fault code or a quick spec question, Ask Watt answers immediately from the benchmark itself.
I found an error in a score or a spec. What happens next?
Every figure we publish names its source. Tell us what's wrong and, where you can, where the correct figure comes from. A verified correction is published with a dated note, not silently edited.
Can paying you change a score, or fix a flag?
No. Money never touches the scoring, however you reach us. A manufacturer's right of reply is free and open to every brand; a correction is applied because it's independently sourced, never because a company asked.
My product isn't in the catalog yet.
Coverage is added through the same published methodology as everything else. Manufacturer submissions go through the industry partner program; if you're comparing products and can't find one, Ask Watt can point you to the closest scored alternative.
