• AIKO describes the Z Series as a 54-cell all-black residential module built on its ABC cell technology, with no busbars on the front.
• AIKO announced it on 23 June 2026 and on 25 June 2026 said limited pre-orders had opened through nine distribution partners in Europe; AIKO gives no Z Series delivery date.
• Exact Z Series datasheets, model codes and rated electrical tables have now been recovered. Scored promotion remains blocked until governing warranty coverage and an exact-model certification listing are established, with an explicit choice of product configuration and applicable market.
• The 500 W figure is now supported as a rated STC value in each recovered variant sheet. The 27.4% launch figure is cell efficiency; the sheets declare 25.0% module efficiency. The 40-year warranty remains a manufacturer summary awaiting an exact governing instrument.
• This record is not joined to any scored AIKO record. The recovered mono-glass and dual-glass models are documented separately in the notes; model selection, market eligibility and promotion remain separate decisions.
• AIKO's resource centre now links two Z Series datasheets. The mono-glass sheet names AIKO-A500-MCE54Mb and is marked 202606_V2.1_EN; the dual-glass sheet names AIKO-A500-MCE54Db and is marked 202605_V5.1__EN. The catalogue label and filename use 54Dbm, but the dual-glass electrical table prints MCE54Db. These are separate documented variants; this family evidence page does not choose a scored configuration or change its identity.
• Both sheets declare a single 500 W STC rating, 25.0% module efficiency and 0 to +3% power tolerance. STC is AM1.5, 1000 W/m2 and 25 C; the NOCT electrical column is AM1.5, 800 W/m2, 20 C and 1 m/s. Both give 379 W under those NOCT conditions; this is not a declared numeric NOCT cell temperature. The launch's 27.4% remains cell efficiency and must not replace the module rating.
• For AIKO-A500-MCE54Mb, the STC values are Voc 40.81 V, Vmp 34.37 V, Isc 15.39 A and Imp 14.55 A; the NOCT values are 38.72 V, 32.61 V, 12.44 A and 11.63 A respectively. The mono-glass construction has 3.2 mm tempered front glass and a backsheet, mass 21.1 kg with +/-3% tolerance, a 25 A maximum series fuse, a stated 40 mm hail test at 23 m/s and IEC fire Class C.
• For AIKO-A500-MCE54Db, the STC values are Voc 41.30 V, Vmp 34.90 V, Isc 14.96 A and Imp 14.33 A; the NOCT values are 39.18 V, 33.11 V, 12.09 A and 11.46 A respectively. The dual-glass construction has 2.0 mm coated semi-tempered front glass and 2.0 mm semi-tempered rear glass, mass 24.2 kg with +/-3% tolerance, a 30 A maximum series fuse, a stated 25 mm hail test at 23 m/s and IEC fire Class A. These claims must not be transferred to the mono-glass variant.
• Both sheets state 1762 x 1134 x 30 mm, N-Type ABC cells, 108 cell pieces in a 6 x 18 layout, an IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes, Original MC4-EVO2A connectors, 1500 V maximum system voltage, Class II protection, operating range -40 to +70 C and front/back static loading of 5400/2400 Pa. The temperature coefficients are Isc +0.05%/C, Voc -0.22%/C and Pmax -0.26%/C. These are manufacturer specification claims under the printed conditions, not independent field measurements.
• The datasheets show 40-year product and performance headlines, first-year degradation of at most 1% and annual degradation of at most 0.35% from years 2 to 40; their chart labels 85.35% at year 40. These summaries do not establish governing warranty entitlement, commencement, exclusions, claims, remedies or service costs. Optional Munich Re coverage is stated as available upon request, not automatic cover.
• The printed IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 61701 and IEC 62716 marks, fire-class and hail claims are not an exact-model certificate or independent report. The below-100 C hotspot headline lacks a disclosed test protocol in these sheets and does not establish general fire-risk elimination.
