• DAS Solar names the DH96TE as the commercial and industrial series of its DBC (Diamond series back-contact) range, and the datasheet describes an N type bifacial double glass BC module with no busbars on the front.
• DAS Solar's January 2026 news item calls the DBC series newly launched, and the datasheet sits on the company's Australian download page, but none of the cited sources states a price, stockist or shipping date.
• A full Australian warranty has now been recovered: DAS-MP-001-A07, printed 202504, expressly names DAS-DH96TE-*** for residential rooftop installations. Commercial or industrial warranty terms remain unestablished in the reviewed instruments, so this page remains evidence rather than a score. Residential coverage is not transferred to the C&I applications described in DAS Solar's marketing.
• The datasheet heads its characteristic curves 655W although the sheet covers 460 to 475 W codes.
• The 23.8% headline is the STC efficiency of the 475 W code only, and the 500 to 515 W BNPI rows include rear side gain under a stated test condition, so they are not the front side STC ratings.

• The 25-year Australian policy names DH96TE for output-affecting materials and workmanship defects. Its separate front-side power schedule guarantees 99% after year one, subsequent annual loss no greater than 0.35%, and 88.85% at year 30, measured against the lower limit of nominal front-side power at STC (1000 W/m2, AM1.5, 25 C cell temperature) with measurement uncertainty considered. Rear-side gains are outside this power warranty.
• Coverage begins on installation or 90 calendar days after delivery, whichever comes first. Written claims must be made within 30 days of actual or constructive awareness, supported by the defect description, serial number, photograph, test data, invoice and purchase date. Returns require DAS authorisation; outstanding distributor payments can prevent claim processing.
• DAS chooses the contractual remedy: product repair, replacement or residual-value refund; warranted power loss may instead be addressed with additional modules or a current-market-price refund. Repair and replacement carry only the remaining original term. Covered repair/replacement freight excludes air freight; dismantling, packing, installation/reinstallation, insurance, customs and unapproved returns are not unconditionally covered.
• Warranty transfer requires the modules to remain intact at the original site without moving or dismantling, full payment to DAS, and formal confirmation that the new owner accepts all terms. Assignment is of the whole warranty; relocation is not automatically covered.
• The policy excludes specified installation and site conditions, including locations within 500 m of seawater, desert areas, altitude above 2000 m, and a monthly average of the highest daily temperatures of at least 40 C or monthly average humidity of at least 85%. It also names polluted environments and extraordinary events. These coverage restrictions are separate from the module's operating limits or durability tests.
