• Syntropic Power describes Tenet as a residential battery using sodium-chromium-oxide (NaCrO2, or NCO) sodium-ion cells that contain no lithium, nickel or cobalt, rated at 9.25 kWh and 46.4 V nominal.
• The maker says it is taking distributor, channel and project inquiries for initial US capacity, that Tenet will be sold only through distribution and not direct, and that initial production is overseas with US manufacturing targeted for 2027.
• Four scoring gates remain: no exact system certification listing is recovered, governing warranty terms remain unconfirmed, continuous power is not published and whole-system round-trip efficiency is not established. The maker still lists system-level UL 9540A, UL 1973, UL 9540, CE and UN 38.3 work as pending; cell-level testing is a separate scope.
• The datasheet's round-trip efficiency figure of at least 97.9 per cent is a test result for the cell, not a rated value for the complete system, and the 10,000-cycle life figure is listed under cell specifications.
• The maker describes the first release as designed for protected indoor installation, with an all-weather enclosure on its roadmap.
• The maker lists available energy by inverter cutoff: 9.25 kWh at 32 V, 9.10 kWh at 34 V, 8.80 kWh at 36 V, 8.40 kWh at 38 V, 8.10 kWh at 40 V and 7.70 kWh at 42 V. These are manufacturer sheet values, not an independently measured usable-energy guarantee for every installation.
• Charging is specified from 0 C to +60 C; discharge from -40 C to +60 C. The IP65 line carries a protected-indoor first-release footnote, and the all-weather enclosure remains a roadmap item. An ingress rating does not remove the installation restriction.
• The sheet lists a 16S1P arrangement, a 32-54.4 V system range and a 200 A discharge pulse without a duration or continuous discharge rating. The cell-level 10,000-cycle claim uses 100% DoD but gives no retention endpoint or complete cycling protocol. Cell laboratory results and generic inverter compatibility do not establish complete-system efficiency, power or approved equipment combinations.
