How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. The Warranty Period section makes successful registration and connection to the FoxESS website when the battery system is commissioned a precondition of the warranty. A later Registration clause says registration is recommended, that warranties should be registered within 36 months of installation, and that registration within six weeks of installation and commissioning is recommended where possible. The policy does not reconcile the two statements.
