Parts, labour & extendable · term longer than 6 of 38 scored inverters
No inverter in the fleet publishes a year-by-year performance or output guarantee the way panels and batteries do - this shows the covered term against the market-typical term and where every scored inverter’s term lands (grey dots, sized by model count), plus what the warranty actually includes.

Warranty period
Free 10-year Warranty Plus
Eligible Fronius inverters receive 10 years of Warranty Plus after registration in Fronius Solar.web. Cover starts at commissioning or no later than 24 months after factory shipment.
Paid extension to 15 years
Fronius Australia offers a paid Warranty Plus extension to a total of 15 years, subject to model eligibility and the purchase window.
What’s covered
Materials, servicing and transport
Fronius Warranty Plus expressly covers materials, servicing and transport costs rather than parts alone.
Local service network
Claims and on-site service can be coordinated through Fronius Australia's trained service partner network.
Exclusions
Registration required: A new inverter must be registered in Solar.web within the applicable registration window to secure the free extended term.
Country and model conditions: Exact services and extension eligibility vary by country, model and commissioning date; the Solar.web certificate is the operative record.
Improper installation or unauthorised work: Faults caused by installation outside Fronius documentation, misuse, external causes or unauthorised servicing are outside manufacturer cover.
Accessories: Fronius accessories are excluded from inverter product registration and may carry separate terms.
Transferability
The current Australian summary does not publish a clear property-owner transfer process. The warranty certificate and Solar.web registration should be reviewed during a property transfer.
How to make a claim
Register the inverter in Solar.web and retain the warranty certificate. Claims are handled through Fronius Support or an authorised Fronius service partner using the serial number, commissioning record and diagnostic information.
