The current Australian manufacturer terms provide a 10-year product warranty, subject to the registration, use and claim conditions shown below.

Growatt chooses repair, onsite repair or equivalent-value replacement based on model and age. Replacement retains the remaining warranty term. Replacement-related monitoring or component incompatibility costs are excluded. Australian Consumer Law guarantees are expressly preserved.
Labour
For replacement after year five, the factory terms exclude labour and compensation costs; statutory liability and Australian Consumer Law guarantees remain.
Freight
For replacement after year five, the factory terms exclude logistics costs; statutory liability and Australian Consumer Law guarantees remain.
Removal and reinstallation
Factory terms exclude disassembly and installation costs unless statutory liability applies; Australian Consumer Law guarantees are expressly preserved.

How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. Report problem signs to the supplier within 14 days. Claims require the completed warranty card, purchase invoice, installation invoice or commissioning report, and extension card where applicable. Cover begins at installation if within six months of Growatt delivery; otherwise it begins six months after delivery. Paid extensions must be bought within two years of delivery.
