External physical damage: Damage from hail, storm, lightning, flood, fire, impact, vandalism, or other external forces is excluded: as is cosmetic fading or surface soiling not affecting electrical output.
Discolouration of all-black components: Cosmetic discolouration or UV fading of the black frame, backsheet, or connectors that does not measurably affect electrical performance is excluded: normal ageing of black-pigmented components outdoors.
Improper installation or use: Warranty is void if the module is installed outside Jinko Solar's published installation parameters, operated beyond rated limits, or structurally modified after manufacture.
Labour and ancillary costs: Removal, reinstallation, shipping, scaffolding, and access costs are excluded from the manufacturer warranty. ACL consumer guarantees may impose separate obligations on the Australian retailer.
Degradation within warranted limits: Power output decline within the stated linear performance warranty parameters is expected behaviour and is not a warrantable defect.
