Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. Authorised installation, claim evidence and RMA conditions apply. The BW-BAT-10.1P installation, operation and maintenance manual (V03, section 9.4) states that a part of the warranty is based on cloud connection to the Bytewatt web server. The governing warranty document does not state this condition.
