The current Australian manufacturer terms provide a 10-year product warranty, subject to the registration, use and claim conditions shown below.
What’s covered
Manufacturer remedy
Configuration repair, software update, parts repair or functionally equivalent replacement at Sigenergy discretion.

How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. The 12/6/2024 revision, which lists the 12.0 TP AU, starts the term on the earlier of installation, activation and registration on site, or the date of the retailer's invoice or a written document showing delivery to the installation site, and at 6 months after manufacture if neither can be established. The current revision (header date 26 May 2026), which does not name the 12.0 TP AU, uses the earlier of installation, activation and registration on site, or the 180th calendar day after shipment from Sigenergy's designated factory.
