What’s covered
Manufacturer remedy
At Sigenergy's discretion: configuration or software repair, or replacement with new, refurbished or upgraded functionally equivalent hardware at the purchaser site.
Labour
Claimant employee costs are excluded. Sigenergy arranges on-site hardware replacement; the claimant must grant access and time.
Freight
Normal ground freight and customs duties for spare parts and return of the alleged defective unit are covered.
Removal and reinstallation
Sigenergy arranges on-site hardware replacement. Unauthorised third-party disassembly is excluded.
Exclusions

How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. A claim must be filed in the mySigen app within 30 days of failure. The advanced ten-year term requires Sigen Cloud connection. A paid extension is available only while connected, within the first year after commissioning.
