Warranty period
Battery term: 10 years
The warranty names T-HS10.2 through T-HS66.5 and runs for 120 months from installation or 129 months from manufacture, whichever occurs first.
Performance warranty: 70%
Daily self-consumption and backup use is limited to 6,000 cycles at 70% retention. Other uses follow the throughput table; T-HS10.2 is listed at 30.2 MWh.
What’s covered
Software, repair or replacement remedy
SolaX may correct software or configuration, repair the product, or supply a repaired, refurbished, upgraded or new equivalent.
Battery expansion window
Additional modules may be added within one year of installation. Later expansion requires SolaX consent and the Battery Extension SOP.
Exclusions
Registration and authorised channel: Products must be bought through authorised channels, installed and commissioned correctly, and registered in SolaXCloud.
Temperature and operating instructions: Failure to follow battery instructions, including operation below -10 C or above 50 C, can invalidate performance coverage.
External causes and relocation: Lightning, flood, fire, corrosion, pests, unauthorised third-party equipment, repair and unapproved relocation are excluded.
Standard labour excluded: Travel, on-site installation, modification and normal maintenance costs are excluded. Standard freight and service contributions are capped and conditional.
Transferability
No property-owner transfer clause is published. The warranty is registration and installation-address dependent, so a new owner should obtain written confirmation from SolaX.
How to make a claim
Contact the original distributor or installer first, then escalate to SolaX service if needed. Claims require product, installation and fault details and must be reported within one month. Standard ground transport is capped at AUD 200 per case.
