What’s covered
Manufacturer remedy
AISWEI may repair or replace accepted defective hardware under the applicable coverage path.
Labour
On-site service may be supplied during standard coverage; it is not unconditional reimbursement of every installer cost.
Freight
Standard coverage under Article 4.2 includes parts, materials and shipping costs. V1.8 Article 2.1.1 lists no extended warranty period, although Article 4.3 still describes extended-period costs.
Removal and reinstallation
Full removal and reinstallation cost is not promised unconditionally.
Exclusions
Labour: On-site service may be supplied during standard coverage; it is not unconditional reimbursement of every installer cost.
Removal and reinstallation: Full removal and reinstallation cost is not promised unconditionally.
Transferability
No subsequent-owner transfer right was found in the reviewed warranty.
How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. Warranty V1.8, Article 2.1.1, lists a 10-year standard warranty period for the battery series including AP-L, unless otherwise agreed in the related purchase contract. The standard period starts from the earlier of first installation completion or 6 months after AISWEI dispatch. The five-plus-five option in V1.7 is deleted in V1.8; the 20 September 2026 revision-history date does not establish retroactive coverage for earlier purchases.
