sonnen or its Authorised Partner may assess remotely, repair, or replace with a refurbished sonnenBatterie of the same type; refurbished parts may be used. Physical repair or collection is from the original delivery location. For valid claims, combined transport, travel and labour cover is capped at AUD 200; for claims outside cover, the owner bears those costs. The instrument does not promise a fresh ten-year or minimum replacement term. Australian Consumer Law rights remain additional, including the separate major-failure remedies; uncapped removal and reinstallation are not promised.

How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. Use a sonnen-certified installer or repairer and retain the Installation Certificate and Commissioning Report. Required claim details include name, address, product, serial number, first-service date, authorised partner or certified installer number, and fault description. Contact the Authorised Partner first. Claim within six months of discovering a fault or when it becomes reasonably apparent, and no later than three months after warranty expiry. Remote internet software updates and prescribed network-connection examinations are warranty conditions; no permitted offline duration is quantified. Separate pre-registration beyond these records is not established.
