What’s covered

Sungrow repairs the inverter at a Sungrow office or on-site, or provides a new or refurbished replacement, at its discretion (V4.31_202510, page 1). The replacement may differ in size and specifications from the replaced unit.
Labour
A service rebate may be payable to the installer who replaces a defective inverter that has been returned to Sungrow and found defective on testing, and it must be claimed within 6 months of claim approval (V4.31_202510, page 2). The rebate schedule effective 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 names SH5K and SH5.0/6.0RS in its 1-phase hybrid category and does not name SH8.0RS or SH10RS, so the amount applicable to SH10RS is not publicly established.
Freight
Sungrow covers outbound and inbound standard ground transport up to a total of $200; excess costs and other transport modes are borne by the claimant (V4.31_202510, page 2).
