The current Australian manufacturer terms provide a 10-year product warranty, subject to the registration, use and claim conditions shown below.

Labour
A standard service rebate may be payable to the installer for an approved replacement. The rebate table effective 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 lists $180 AUD excluding GST for three-phase inverters from 5 kW to 10 kW and from 15 kW to 25 kW and names no band for 12 kW, so the SG12RT rebate amount is not publicly established.
Freight
Sungrow covers outbound and inbound standard ground transportation up to a total of $200; excess costs and other transport modes are borne by the claimant.
Removal and reinstallation
Approved service labour is supported through the published rebate.

Transferability
Standard and Extended Warranties are transferable, but original purchase proof is required.
How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. The warranty terms provide for parts-only or standard extension of covered inverters. The current Australian extension price list (2025 v2.2) names SG5.0RT, SG8.0RT, SG10RT, SG15RT and SG20RT and does not name SG12RT, so an SG12RT extension price is not publicly established. The extension page states purchase must be within 1 year after installation, while the warranty terms state an extension may be purchased up to the end of the standard warranty period.
