US Warranty scope

- United States, Puerto Rico and Canada; 25 years from activation for eligible IQ8AC units. Registration is required within 45 days except where applicable law limits that condition.

- USPRCA-Micro-2025, LGL-00030 v4.0, effective on or after 30 November 2025, explicitly names IQ8AC-72-M-US for the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Enphase Energy, Inc. provides 25-year cover from Activation Date: the earlier of registration or activation at the original location through the Installer Portal. Purchase must be from Enphase or an authorised reseller in the covered territory. The separate registration clause uses first installation, not Activation Date, and its attached form contains a conflicting warranty-rights statement; registration applicability should not be treated as unconditionally resolved.
US Warranty conditions

- labour: Troubleshooting, removal and reinstallation labour are excluded.; registration: Clause 2 requires registration within 45 days of first installation, with exceptions for California, Connecticut and jurisdictions that prohibit a registration-card condition. The attached registration form separately says failure to complete and return it does not diminish warranty rights; that drafting conflict remains unresolved. Products should remain continuously connected to the internet except for interruptions outside the owner’s reasonable control, for remote diagnosis and firmware updates; no numerical offline threshold is stated. Submit claims through the applicable RMA process during the warranty period and within 90 days of discovering the defect; purchase proof may be requested. If a replacement has been shipped and a required defective return is not received within 60 days of the RMA number, the owner must pay the then-current replacement list price. Use the prepaid label and protective packaging.; remedy: Enphase chooses repair or replacement with new or reconditioned parts/products of original or improved design, or a purchase-price refund less reasonable depreciation. A refund is selected only when replacement is unavailable and repair impracticable or untimely, or the owner accepts it. Repaired or replacement products retain the original remaining term or 90 days from receipt, whichever is later; no new 25-year term begins. Refund or credit is processed within two weeks of Enphase receiving the product. Unauthorised, incomplete or non-covered returns can incur return costs or a restocking fee of the greater of 15% of purchase price and missing-parts value. Troubleshooting, removal and reinstallation labour remain excluded; eligible replacement shipping to the original site is covered.; removal reinstallation: Removal and reinstallation costs are excluded.; transferability: Transfer at the original site requires the stated ownership form, fee and notice within 30 days.; transport: Enphase provides the RMA process and prepaid return label, and bears eligible repaired or replacement-product shipping to the original site.
