- Germany; the cited RCT Power GmbH warranty body is Version 2021_01 for Power Storage DC / AC and Power Inverter deliveries from 1 January 2021 in approved/certified countries. It gives ten years from purchase, capped at 123 months after RCT dispatch. This enrichment is qualified to that instrument; current retrieval does not establish that no newer policy exists. Batteries, sensors and switching accessories are excluded. Installation indoors or in a covered outdoor area, proper operation/configuration and required software updates are among its conditions. The scored DC 10.0 at 9.9 kW and exact DC 6.0/8.0/10.0 technical boundary are retained; DC 4.0, legacy 5.0 and LAN variants are not substituted. The English-language edition of the same Version 2021_01, which states that it is valid for European countries and is also published on the RCT download portal, gives five years from purchase in its introduction and in headings A and D, while repeating the 123-month cap from RCT delivery and stating in section J that RCT offers no warranty longer than 10 years. Neither language edition states which text prevails. This record applies the German text, which gives ten years in the same places, and the German product page lists a 10-year product warranty in its Power Storage DC family table.

- labour: RCT describes an installer exchange allowance as goodwill, conditional on an accepted warranty case and advance agreement; higher amounts require prior approval. Travel, accommodation and onsite mounting/installation costs are excluded. This allowance is not unrestricted owner-selected labour cover, and amounts are not inferred without the separately requested current rate.; registration: Version 2021_01 states no separate product-registration prerequisite. Coverage is controlled by purchase date and the 123-month RCT-dispatch cap. The installer requests an exchange through RCT service with model/serial, purchase receipt and any extension certificate, commissioning date, fault description, system details and replacement delivery address. The defective inverter must be sent back within a maximum of five working days after receipt of the exchange unit; this is a return deadline, not an initial fault-notification deadline. No numerical initial-notification window is stated in this instrument.; remedy: RCT normally supplies an equivalent refurbished exchange inverter and transfers the remaining original warranty; it does not restart the ten-year term. Service recommending an exchange does not establish an accepted warranty case: the manufacturer determines the cause. No-fault inspection and cleaning charges can apply. Failure to return the defective device can lead to the recommended retail price plus transport being invoiced and only the described statutory cover on the exchange unit. Reimbursements require advance agreement with RCT; the policy says no additional manufacturer extension beyond ten years is offered.; removal reinstallation: The installer removes the defective inverter and installs the exchange unit, but onsite mounting/installation and broader removal/reinstallation costs are excluded. Broader return/delivery damages or freight claims are excluded, and non-EU/overseas transport and customs are excluded; no unlimited two-way owner freight entitlement is established.
