Warranty period
Performance term: 10 years
EQ4800-L2 through EQ4800-L9 are covered for 120 months from installation, capped at 125 months from manufacture, whichever occurs first.
Capacity and throughput
The battery must retain at least 70% of nominal or usable energy until the time or throughput limit is reached. EQ4800-L2 carries a 39.32 MWh throughput limit.

FoxESS limits its liability to replacement, repair, refund or compensation. A repaired or replacement product receives only the balance of the original term.
