Under the Solis Standard Limited Warranty, Solis Australasia may, at its election, replace or repair the product, or refund or credit the purchase price net of taxes, charges and levies paid (clause J.a). Paid extension options carry their own service scope (clause J.b).

Transferability
Clause G.1 states that, subject to clause G.2, the warranty is provided only to the owner and is not transferable without Ginlong Solis's written approval. Clause G.2 states that the warranty is transferable and a claim may be made where the claimant can show ownership and provides a copy of proof of purchase and, where applicable, proof of payment for an extended warranty.
How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. The limited warranty, not only the further five years, requires SolisCloud registration and a maintained SolisCloud connection (clauses A and E). The terms do not quantify an allowed offline interval. Paid 10, 15 and 20-year options are available (clause J).
