The terms do not quantify an allowed offline interval. Paid 10, 15 and 20-year options are available (clause J).; remedy: Under the Solis Standard Limited Warranty, Solis Australasia may, at its election, replace or repair the product, or refund or credit the purchase price net of taxes, charges and levies paid (clause J.a). Paid extension options carry their own service scope (clause J.b).; removal reinstallation: Removal and reinstallation are excluded unless separately agreed.; transferability: Clause G.1 states that, subject to clause G.2, the warranty is provided only to the owner and is not transferable without Ginlong Solis's written approval. Clause G.2 states that the warranty is transferable and a claim may be made where the claimant can show ownership and provides a copy of proof of purchase and, where applicable, proof of payment for an extended warranty.; transport: Transport is excluded unless separately agreed; the owner bears additional freight where the premises are more than 50 km from the nearest authorised service agent.

AU Warranty scope

- Five-year standard limited warranty. Ginlong terms Solis-20240802-GL (section A) give an extra five years for Solis string inverters under 110 kW capacity, and the 2024 Solis Australasia statement extends the further five years to all Solis inverters up to 110 kW, which includes this 6 kW model. Eligibility includes authorised Australian supply, purchase on or after 1 January 2024, manufacture after that date, accredited installation, SolisCloud registration and a maintained SolisCloud connection. The limited-warranty period starts at the later of installation or purchase. Earlier products keep their prior terms; paid extension options and their service scope are separate.
