How to make a claim
Start with the original installer or the manufacturer's Australian support channel. Under the current policy, years 6-10 depend on FusionSolar SmartPVMS; remaining disconnected for more than six months cancels that on-cloud warranty. The product sales contract and serial-specific warranty query remain controlling.
