The battery module and power module each carry a 5-year (60-month) basic warranty from shipment from Huawei's factory, regardless of FusionSolar SmartPVMS connection. Expires at the earlier of the 5-year period or the system reaching its rated lifetime discharge throughput.

Systems registered and maintained on the Huawei FusionSolar SmartPVMS get 15 years (180 months) from shipment. Continuous internet connectivity for remote firmware updates is a prerequisite throughout the term: disconnection for more than 6 consecutive months voids the advanced warranty, leaving the remaining basic term.

Guarantees at least 70% of rated usable energy capacity at the end of the warranty period, provided operation within specified conditions. Below 70% within the term: where attributable to a product defect rather than out-of-spec usage: Huawei repairs or replaces the module. Terminates early if cumulative lifetime discharge throughput is reached before the calendar period expires.

Installation and commissioning must occur within one month of the battery leaving the authorised dealer's warehouse, with FusionSolar SmartPVMS registration at commissioning to activate the advanced 15-year warranty. Late installation or non-registration still starts the period from shipment date, which may cut the effective term.

Covers defects in materials and workmanship in the battery module, power module and associated control electronics. Remedy: repair or replacement at Huawei's discretion for components defective under normal operating conditions. Replacement parts carry the remainder of the original term, not a fresh one.

The battery module and power module (inverter/BMS unit) carry independent warranty terms and are assessed separately, a fault in one does not automatically entitle replacement of both.
