External physical damage: Damage from hail, storm, lightning, flood, fire, impact, vandalism, or other external causes is excluded, including damage to the rear glass surface.
Bifacial gain variability: Rear-side yield variation from site-specific albedo, mounting height, tilt, soiling, or shading is not a defect and not covered by the performance warranty.
Improper installation or use: Warranty is void if the module is installed outside Jinko Solar's published installation guidelines, operated beyond rated limits, or structurally modified after manufacture.
Labour and ancillary costs: Removal, reinstallation, shipping, scaffolding, and access costs are excluded from the manufacturer warranty. ACL consumer guarantees may impose separate obligations on the Australian retailer.
Degradation within warranted limits: Power output decline within the stated linear performance warranty parameters is expected behaviour and not a warrantable defect.
