Performance guarantee: 30-year linear output
Wattage figure based on the sourced rated power (520 W) applied to the guaranteed floor; modular/format differences aside, this is the same rated-power spec shown above.
Modelled effective output, year by year
Year 1 to year 25, at 30°C and 1000 W/m². Rated 520 W at STC.
How this is modelled
Compounds this panel’s own published first-year (1%) and annual (0.3%/yr) degradation figures against its 520 W rated (STC) output, then derates for the ambient and irradiance selected. Output is scaled roughly linearly with irradiance (1000 W/m² against the 1000 W/m² STC reference). This is the dominant real-world effect at low light, whether from cloud, shading or soiling. Output is then further derated for heat, from this panel’s own NOCT (44°C) and temperature coefficient (-0.24%/°C), giving an estimated cell temperature of 60°C at that ambient and irradiance. A datasheet-derived estimate, not a field measurement or a warranty guarantee: it does not account for this panel’s own low-light efficiency response (a separate, less-consistently-published spec), or for wind and system design. See NOCT and temperature coefficient in the glossary.

Strong evidence coverage
18 of 18 scored criteria link directly to a published source.
Values marked estimated, derived, or not found remain visible on the audit sheet and do not carry the same evidential weight as a linked source. Coverage measures direct links, not an independent guarantee that a claim is correct.

Rings, outside in: manufacturer claim, certified or regulator-listed, third-party source. The centre is review.solar's own measurement, empty for every product today. How the evidence puzzle works
Record correction. Built 2026-08-17 from Huasun's current exact datasheet 2.0_20251224_D, retrieved and text-extracted locally. The revision matters: the datasheet reached from Huasun's product page is a superseded V1.0_2024_10 file, and the current sheets are only served from the CMS listing. Between those revisions the 96-cell weight moved 21.8 to 21.6 kg, the 108-cell weight 27.4 to 27.1 kg, and the operating range narrowed from -40~+85 C to -40~+70 C. The sheet ladder spans 505-530 W; the retained Australian range is 505-520 W because the CER export checked 2026-08-12 lists HSN-210R-S108DSB only across 500-520 W, expiring 2027-10-22. Re-verification 2026-08-18: PID and ammonia resistance recorded from the Clean Energy Council enhanced listing for exact model HSN-210R-S108DSB520, matched on exact model identity rather than brand or series. Salt mist is also enhanced-listed for this model but the rubric bands salt mist by severity and the regulator publishes none, so it remains unset. Re-verification 2026-08-18: salt mist recorded as certified without published severity from the Clean Energy Council enhanced listing for exact model HSN-210R-S108DSB520, under panel rubric v2.11.0 which added that band. First-market US and DE overlay review 2026-09-01: official regional catalogues recorded; Australian overlays and scores unchanged.

AU Warranty scope
- Current text
- Covered by Huasun's Limited Warranty for Heterojunction Photovoltaic Modules Ver.3.0, which names this exact model in Table 1 and provides a 15-year product term and a 30-year power term. Two limits are material to an Australian buyer. Ver.3.0 is valid solely for modules sold under purchase agreements signed on or after 1 January 2026, and it carries no Australian Consumer Law statement and names no Australian importer. The Australia-region instrument that does carry an ACL clause and names Prosun Solar Distribution and AZ Energy as importers is Version 1.7, and its own clause 13 limits it to modules delivered between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025. Huasun's public warranty library, checked on 7 October 2026, lists no Australia-region instrument newer than Version 1.7, so the global Ver.3.0 document is the one that applies to purchase agreements signed on or after 1 January 2026. Ver.3.0 also ceases to apply if a module is transferred or resold outside the country or region stipulated in its delivery contract.

- labour: Site labour is not covered by the limited warranty.; registration: No product registration step is stated. A claim must be notified to Huasun in writing or by telephone within 15 working days of the date the customer first discovered, or should have discovered, reasonable evidence of a possible non-conformity, and no later than 30 days after the non-conformity becomes apparent. All supporting materials must be submitted within 30 days of that discovery date, or the claim is treated as waived (clause 2.1(1)). Evidence of a transfer of ownership must be provided within 15 working days of Huasun's request (clause 5).; remedy: Huasun chooses one of repair, replacement, refund of residual value or value difference, or additional modules to make up lost power (clause 2.2(1)), and the document describes these as the sole and exclusive remedies under the limited warranty (clause 2.2(2)). Replacement or additional modules must be of the same model and appearance, electrically compatible and not below the output the original modules should then deliver; where product updates prevent this, Huasun supplies the closest approximation (clause 2.2(2)d and e).; removal reinstallation: Not covered.; transferability: Assignable on written notice, conditional on the modules staying at the original installation location, full payment, entire-warranty transfer and the assignee accepting all terms; the assignor keeps joint and several liability.; transport: Not stated as unconditionally covered.

- www.huasunsolar.com/us/ returns 404, as do /usa/, /en-us/ and /au/, so a missing regional path does not by itself show a market is not served. Huasun's Our Distributors page lists no United States distributor (the Americas entries are Brazil, Guatemala and Bolivia) and no Australian one. The downloads library has an Australia Region category and no United States category. The California Energy Commission PV module list (data unchanged since 1 October 2026) carries no Huasun entry, which does not show non-sale because listing is voluntary. Global warranty Ver.3.0 names HSN-210R-S108DSB in Table 1 but applies only to the country or region stipulated in the sales contract and has no United States terms. No official United States catalogue, datasheet or warranty naming HSN-210R-S108DSB520 is publicly established, and no maker statement that the model is not offered was found, so United States availability is not established either way. The global Everest G12R page and its 470 W, 530 W or 630 W top bins are not a United States sale path and are not transferred. The Australian-region warranty is not transferred.

Within the current manufacturer sheet's 505-530 W ladder, DSB510 and DSB520 are listed, and DSB505 and DSB515 are not listed in the export.
