- Australia and New Zealand; the exact HS-BM-3.28-10 module and 3.2, 6.5, 9.8, 13.1 and 16.4 configurations receive a 10-year product warranty and a performance warranty under which the product retains at least 70% of usable capacity after 4.6 MWh of energy throughput per kWh usable capacity, for 120 months, subject to registration, connectivity, updates and operating conditions.

Current ennexOS instructions support Shelly Smart Home control and a maximum of 26 monitored/visualized system devices, of which 12 can be actively controlled. The 26-device total includes components exchanging data, not 26 controllable smart-home loads; only one battery/hybrid inverter is allowed. This meets the unchanged gateway 20+ device band using total supported gateway devices. Classic Sunny Portal separately documents indirect Niko Home Control hub integration on the same local network, with Niko software 2.15.1.83 or later; that Classic pathway is not transferred to ennexOS. These are optional gateway/accessory capabilities, not native battery MQTT, a general-purpose local battery API or assured cloud-free operation. The five-module 16.4 kWh scored reference must retain its inverter voltage/configuration limits; the one-to-four-module Sunny Boy Smart Energy pathway is not extended to five modules.
