Performance guarantee: 30-year linear output
Wattage figure based on the sourced rated power (415 W) applied to the guaranteed floor; modular/format differences aside, this is the same rated-power spec shown above.
Modelled effective output, year by year
Year 1 to year 25, at 30°C and 1000 W/m². Rated 415 W at STC.
How this is modelled
Compounds this panel’s own published first-year (2%) and annual (0.5%/yr) degradation figures against its 415 W rated (STC) output, then derates for the ambient and irradiance selected. Output is scaled roughly linearly with irradiance (1000 W/m² against the 1000 W/m² STC reference). This is the dominant real-world effect at low light, whether from cloud, shading or soiling. Output is then further derated for heat, from this panel’s own NOCT (45°C) and temperature coefficient (-0.35%/°C), giving an estimated cell temperature of 61°C at that ambient and irradiance. A datasheet-derived estimate, not a field measurement or a warranty guarantee: it does not account for this panel’s own low-light efficiency response (a separate, less-consistently-published spec), or for wind and system design. See NOCT and temperature coefficient in the glossary.

Global benchmark. This scorecard is benchmarked globally. A global score does not imply local availability, certification, warranty coverage, or installer compatibility.
Benchmark anchor. California lists bins to 435 W that no Boviet datasheet documents; the series range is fixed to the documented 395 to 415 W and the scored bin is its maximum. Scored model: BVM7609M-415-H-HC-BF-DG · checked 2026-08-04. Evidence.

Strong evidence coverage
28 of 28 scored criteria link directly to a published source.
Values marked estimated, derived, or not found remain visible on the audit sheet and do not carry the same evidential weight as a linked source. Coverage measures direct links, not an independent guarantee that a claim is correct.

Rings, outside in: manufacturer claim, certified or regulator-listed, third-party source. The centre is review.solar's own measurement, empty for every product today. Warranty terms and design facts that rest on the maker's own word are counted beside the rings; a reviewed absence, or one that reaches beyond the maker's claim, stays in them. How the evidence puzzle works
Record revision. Datasheet V7 of 14 January 2026, warranty BV-QA-15 revision A0 of 13 February 2024. First-market DE overlay review 2026-09-01: official German catalogues recorded; existing Australian and United States overlays and scores unchanged. Salt-mist evidence reviewed 4 October 2026: the exact 415 W PERC BF-DG V7 sheet dated 14 January 2026 is available through the official Inox Solar Americas host. It declares IEC 61701 salt-mist testing without a published severity level, certificate or report identifier, standard revision, test duration or measured loss. The declaration applies to this PERC BF-DG family; results from the TOPCon BF variant, BVM7612M or other power bins are not transferred.

US Warranty scope
- Current text
- United States; a 12-year product and 30-year performance warranty guaranteeing 98% after year one, 0.5% maximum annual decline and 83.5% at year 30. The remedy at Boviet's option is repair, replacement or residual market value, transportation is covered on documented and pre-approved claims, and installation, removal and reinstallation costs are excluded. Cover transfers while the modules remain at the original location. The warranty document's claims clause directs owners to an address and email listed in the document, but lists only the website, and no United States telephone number is published anywhere on Boviet's site, so the claim path runs through a web form. These figures follow the Double Glass warranty BV-QA-15. On 7 October 2026 Boviet's commercial and industrial product page listed this module code as single glass with a transparent back, although the code and the datasheet describe double glass, and linked the Transparent Back warranty BV-QA-16 instead; the file linked there states a 0.45% maximum annual decline and 84.95% at year 30, as the datasheet does, while the BV-QA-16 file on the product resources page states 0.5% and 83.5%. None of these warranty documents prints the model code, so which warranty governs this exact module is not publicly established.

- The datasheet certifies UL 61730, IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 with UL 61730 fire performance Type 29, and cites IEC TS 62804-1 PID testing. Boviet publishes no UL or IEC product certificates on its site, only SGS ISO management-system certificates.; The exact BVM7609M-415-H-HC-BF-DG is on the California Energy Commission PV Module List with UL 61730 safety certification, 415 W nameplate, described as a 108 half-cut cell double glass bifacial module, with a listing date of 11 December 2024; the whole 18-row family shares that date. The Commission's row (list read 7 October 2026, stated unchanged since 1 October 2026) records Voc 38.47 V, Isc 13.51 A, Vmp 32.37 V and Imp 12.83 A, which differ from the datasheet's 415 W column at STC of 37.86 V, 13.74 A, 32.16 V and 12.91 A; neither source explains the difference, and no electrical value from either source is scored here.

- Boviet's United States business was acquired by INOX Solar Americas, LLC, backed by INOX Clean Energy of the INOXGFL Group, in a transaction Boviet announced in May 2026 as an approximately 750 million dollar sale expressly motivated by foreign entity of concern alignment, with completion reported that month; the Vietnamese parent's exchange filing put the module company consideration at up to 254 million dollars with the cell project excluded, and the warranty on this product is still issued by the Vietnamese entity. Module assembly at Greenville, North Carolina began April 2025 at a stated 2 GW capacity, the datasheet carries both Made in USA and Made in Vietnam badges without saying which site builds which bin, the family EPD names the Vietnam plant, and the United States cell factory is unopened with commissioning expected by December 2026, so cells remain imported. Boviet's contact page, read on 7 October 2026, lists Inox Solar Americas headquarters and PV module and cell production at 1125 Sugg Parkway, Greenville, North Carolina and prints no other address; there is no installer or distributor locator.
