Record revision. Australian warranty review 4 October 2026: the current maker library links V2.17, explicitly naming SUN-7/7.6/8/10K-SG05LP1-AU-AM2-P. The policy states effect from 1 November 2023 and serial 2311XXXXXX and later; actual unit serial and sales contract still govern. Ten years starts at original purchase from Deye, capped at ten years and six months from factory delivery; a sales-order period takes precedence. Years one to five include repair labour; years six to ten exclude LCD, fan and repair labour. Installation, removal/reinstallation and installer on-site inspection are excluded. Non-expedited replacement shipment from Deye within Australia/New Zealand is covered; return freight is not established and carrier damage is excluded. Replacement cover lasts the original remainder or 90 days after return shipment, whichever is later. Claims require invoice, serial, installation/failure dates, system/fault/log evidence and notice within one month. Approved disputed testing is initially paid by the buyer, reimbursed if the claim is valid. CT/meter cover is two years and data-logger cover five years, not the inverter ten years.
