- Shenzhen GivEnergy Co., Ltd and GivEnergy Australia Pty Ltd are jointly the supplier. The 10-year term starts at installation and is subject to commissioning, connectivity and use conditions. Throughput is unlimited only for solar-only self-consumption charging, with a maintenance exception; other charging sources impose a 135 MWh total-throughput limit. The warranty states a 70% floor for the 13.5 kWh capacity during applicable cover. Throughput limits are warranty conditions, not independently tested cycle-life results.
