For on-site service, SOFARSOLAR informs the user of charges beyond warranty coverage, such as cross regional business trips or night express services, within 3 working days before the service; the service is executed only after the user confirms, and remote technical support is provided by default where it is not confirmed.; registration: Claims are reported to the service hotline for registering, and the warranty card is sent to the service department by fax or email (SF-WI-GS-007 A2, page 2); a warranty card not sent back to the distributor, dealer or SOFARSOLAR is a listed exclusion (page 4, item 1).
