A 5 to 10 kW single-phase string inverter cannot sit inside a range that starts at 36 kW, and no RS code appears on the California Energy Commission Grid Support Solar Inverter List or in Sungrow's United States catalogue. Sungrow's Australian page for the SG8.0/10RS is tagged AU and its global SG8.0/9.0/10RS page is tagged LATAM & SEA.
