- The Australian product page uses a “0 ms Disruption” headline, but the SH5T/SH10T Version 3 datasheet and the exact SH10T table in manual Ver18-202512 specify BACK-UP switch time below 10 ms. Use the engineering specification; a guaranteed zero-interruption or measured 0 ms result is not established. The scored SH10T retains 9.999 kW Australian rated AC output and 10 kW continuous off-grid output. Its 15 kW / 15 kVA off-grid peak lasts 10 seconds and requires sufficient PV and battery power. These ratings do not guarantee support for every household load or establish autonomous restart after complete battery depletion. The current manual does not establish which hardware or firmware revision is installed at a particular site.
