Usable capacity
Stated depth of discharge: 100%. Published usable energy: 6.9 kWh in the scored configuration. These values may have different measurement conditions.6.9 kWh usableScored configuration: LUNA2000-5/7/.../21-S1 (Smart String ESS, up to 20.7 kWh/tower). Published range 6.9–20.7 kWh.
The stated depth of discharge and published usable energy can have different test conditions or configuration limits. They do not by themselves establish nominal capacity or a reserve that is always inaccessible. Delivered AC energy and runtime also depend on the inverter, settings and loads.
Capacity range describes supported configurations; the score remains anchored to the reviewed reference configuration, not the largest stack.

- Europe; Huawei's Smart PV Warranty Policy (for Europe region) V1.2, dated 31 August 2026 and effective 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027, lists 15 years for the LUNA2000-5/7/10/12/14/15/17/19/21-S1 Smart String ESS, with the 6th to 15th warranty provided when products are connected to FusionSolar SmartPVMS (page 6). Appendix 3 lists Germany. The policy states no throughput or capacity endpoint for this row, and the product sales contract sets the warranty period (section 2.2, page 5).
