- Australia and New Zealand; each of the three Australian warranty revisions read on 7 October 2026 gives the Sigen Energy Controller component ten years. The Factory Limited Warranty for Sigenergy Product (header date 12/6/2024) lists the 12.0 TP AU in its model list, printed as 'SigeStor 12.0 TP AU', among other typographical inconsistencies. The later Factory Limited Warranty for SigenStor revisions (header dates 10/6/2025 and 26 May 2026, the current one) do not name the 12.0 TP AU. Their three-phase Energy Controller entries are SigenStor EC 5.0, 10.0, 15.0, 20.0, 25.0 and 30.0 TP AU, and the current revision also lists an EC 8.0 TP AU against the single-phase 8S system code. The Factory Limited Warranty for Inverter System (header date 24 July 2026), read on 9 October 2026, gives ten years for Sigen Hybrid 5.0, 10.0, 15.0, 20.0, 25.0 and 30.0 TP AU. Its covered-product table does not name 12.0 TP AU under the TP AU entry, and it names Sigen Hybrid models rather than SigenStor EC 12.0 TP AU, so it is not treated as a warranty for this model.

- Sigenergy ships no three-phase energy controller in North America, so this record has no United States counterpart part. The United States Energy Controller datasheet (version 20260717) covers SigenStor EC SP US only and states in terms that the unit is not a three-phase inverter. No TP code appears in the North American SigenStor Home warranty (page header date 10/13/2025), whose covered-product table lists SigenStor EC SP US and SigenMicro as its inverter hardware, and no TP code is on the California Energy Commission grid-support inverter lists (data unchanged since 1 October 2026). The North American warranty is given by Sigenergy Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. The United States contact page lists sales.us@sigenergy.com and service.us@sigenergy.com, +1 715 519 9996, and a street address at 2377 Gold Meadow Way, Gold River, CA 95670.

The current Sigenergy Australia Energy Controller datasheet (version 20251107) lists three-phase models 5.0, 10.0, 15.0, 20.0, 25.0 and 30.0 TP and does not list 12.0 TP, while the CER approved-inverter list (data as at 30 September 2026) still lists SigenStor EC 12.0 TP AU with an expiry of 7 April 2028. The specifications on this record come from an earlier datasheet revision for the 12.0 TP AU column. CEC listings are dynamic. Verify current approval, network export settings, compatible battery stack, gateway configuration and warranty coverage immediately before installation.
