- labour: Access, labour, removal and installation are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.; registration: The limited warranty requires SolisCloud registration and maintained connection, not solely the additional five years. Use authorised Australian supply and accredited installation and maintenance. Give Solis Australasia written notice within 30 days after a defect first becomes apparent, then submit the required online details, invoice, serial number and any paid-extension proof within three days of notice. The terms do not quantify an allowed offline interval. Eligibility and certificate conditions must be checked for the supplied unit.; remedy: At Solis Australasia's choice: repair, a new or refurbished replacement, or refund or credit of the purchase price net of taxes and charges. A repaired or replacement product receives the greater of the original remaining term or three months, with automatic registration. Return replaced equipment within 60 days in equivalent packaging at the owner's cost; non-return can incur the current replacement price. The terms also state that remaining replacement cover becomes void five days after the payment due date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Non-defective or excluded claims can incur call-out and assessment costs. Ordinary labour, access, removal, installation and transport remain excluded unless agreed in writing; Australian Consumer Law rights remain additional. The free five-year promotion is not automatically assigned the service scope of a paid extension option.; removal reinstallation: Excluded unless separately agreed in writing.; transferability: The transfer clauses conflict; written approval and ownership evidence may be required, so automatic transfer is not assumed.; transport: Transport is excluded unless separately agreed; additional freight applies beyond 50 km from the nearest authorised service agent.

- Ginlong terms Solis-20240802-GL and the official 2024 promotion offer five standard years plus five additional years for eligible Solis inverters up to 110 kW, including this 15 kW AU identity. Eligibility includes authorised Australian supply, purchase and manufacture from January 2024, accredited installation, SolisCloud registration and maintained connection. The limited-warranty period starts at the later of installation or purchase. Earlier products retain their applicable prior terms; paid extension options and their service scope are separate.
