Suntech's 2026 United States warranty for PV modules (V202608_EN_USA, effective 1 January 2026) lists the family type STPXXXS-H54-N (sh, kh)+ for 490-660 W at 25-year product and 30-year power terms, but it does not name STP520S-H54-Nkh+ individually and does not establish that this model is sold, certified or supported in the United States. United States availability is not publicly established.

Suntech's published Australian warranty documents state different product terms for STPXXXS-H54-Nkh+ [490-530 W]: 15 years in AU/NZ Module Warranty Rev.3.0-2025 and in the Rev.4.0-2026 capture of 18 February 2026, and 25 years in the Limited Warranty for PV Modules _AU CEC_V202604 (PDF created 10 July 2026, valid for dispatch from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026). All three state a 30-year power term, 1.00% first-year and 0.40% annual degradation and 87.40% output at year 30. Suntech may repair, replace or refund (clause 1), reimburses sea freight only with prior authorization (clause 5), transfers the warranty while modules stay at the original installation location (clause 9), and excludes installation, removal and reinstallation costs (clause 3(3)). Which product term applies to a given dispatch is not publicly established.
