What the documents establish
Published evidence, source-reviewed non-disclosure and unresolved questions remain separate from the product score.
Capacity guarantee: minimum retained at year 10
No year-by-year capacity schedule is published for this product - the manufacturer guarantees only this end-of-term minimum, not a specific decline curve. Capacity figure based on the sourced usable capacity of the base configuration; modular systems scale with additional modules.
Blackout protection
68 / 100#30 of 90 batteriesWhole-home, seamless (<20ms)
The blackout score is a standalone benchmark of outage resilience only - it re-weights sourced specs already scored in this product’s pillars (backup tier, switchover, surge strength, backup power, off-grid recharge) and never affects the overall score. Dots show the full battery fleet; the marker is this product.

Global benchmark. This scorecard is benchmarked globally. A global score does not imply local availability, certification, warranty coverage, or installer compatibility.
Benchmark anchor. The capacity is the exact published cabinet rating; the score uses the 7 kW inverter variant as the named reference configuration. Scored model: RX-7013Plus with 13.37 kWh storage and 7 kW inverter · checked 2026-08-01. Evidence.

Strong evidence coverage
20 of 20 scored criteria link directly to a published source.
Values marked estimated, derived, or not found remain visible on the audit sheet and do not carry the same evidential weight as a linked source. Coverage measures direct links, not an independent guarantee that a claim is correct.

Rings, outside in: manufacturer claim, certified or regulator-listed, third-party source. The centre is review.solar's own measurement, empty for every product today. Warranty terms and design facts that rest on the maker's own word are counted beside the rings; a reviewed absence, or one that reaches beyond the maker's claim, stays in them. How the evidence puzzle works
Record correction. Whispr specifications V6.0 dated 2025-10-14, installation manual V1.1 dated 2025-09-08, and governing warranty V4.0 dated 2025-10-02. First-market US and DE overlay review 2026-09-01: official regional catalogues recorded; Australian overlays and scores unchanged. Bounded 6 October 2026 retention wording reconciliation: AU/NZ V4.0 distinguishes explicitly guaranteed minimum throughput from expected70% EOL. Prior unqualified endpoint-guarantee prose corrected; numeric/global bands remain under separate interpretation hold with scores unchanged. No linear retention, specified ten-year minimum, independent cycle test, regional expansion or full-record date change inferred.

- Australia and New Zealand; PPE Whispr Division Pty Ltd provides the governing ten-year on-site limited warranty. It explicitly guarantees minimum cumulative throughput of 2.8 MWh per kWh usable and separately describes 70% expected end-of-life capacity. That expectation does not separately establish a minimum 70% at the ten-year endpoint. Connectivity, temperature and operating conditions apply; the exact retained-capacity entitlement is not settled.

- The Clean Energy Regulator approved-battery export modified 24 September 2026 lists RX-7013Plus (AS4777-2 2020) at 13.37 kWh nominal and usable capacity, approved 3 February 2025 and expiring 31 December 2027. The approved-inverter export lists the same code at 7 kW with the same dates. Both rows are held by Redx Technology Australia Pty Ltd, and the battery row's brand is Redx; neither names Whispr or PPE Whispr Division Pty Ltd. The maker-linked Whispr-7 safety data sheet credits technical partner Redx, directs readers to the RX-7013Plus code and names Redx Technology Australia Pty Ltd, so the match rests on that exact model code. The RX-5013Plus row has the same capacity at 5 kW and is not transferred.; The exact datasheet publishes IEC 62619, IEC 62040, IEC 62109-1/-2 and AS 4777.2 plus CSIP-AUS.

Summary
- Before
- Not previously recorded
- After
- The governing Whispr warranty explicitly guarantees minimum cumulative energy throughput of 2.8 MWh per kWh of usable capacity. It separately describes 70% as expected end-of-life capacity. The reviewed wording does not separately establish a minimum 70% retained capacity at the ten-year warranty endpoint, annual degradation limits or midterm checkpoints. The existing retention assessment is under interpretation review and should not be treated as confirmation of that minimum entitlement. The maker’s separate statement of more than 5,000 cycles to 70% end of life is not a ten-year retention guarantee or independently reviewed cycle-test result. The ten-year on-site cover, installation/manufacture caps and warranty conditions still apply. Throughput is stated per kWh usable; it is not a cycle count or annual retained-capacity schedule, and the 95% recommended DoD must not silently change its contractual denominator. No free-standing right to freight, removal and reinstallation or subsequent-owner transfer is established by this reconciliation.
