On 7 October 2026 the maker's global site (solahart.com) listed solar and heat-pump hot water systems and collectors on its Products page and named no photovoltaic module there or in its sitemap, and solahart.com/us/ returned HTTP 404 on a site that has no per-country paths. The same site's Where to buy selector lists the United States and its sitemap includes United States dealer pages; the four read on 7 October 2026 (Morgan Hill, California; Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; Helotes, Texas; Sarasota, Florida) give dealer contact details and name no photovoltaic product. SOLAHART455BRB3 is named on solahart.com.au, and the only governing PV warranty found (122354 Rev 07, 6 May 2026) is titled Australia only. The California Energy Commission PV module list (data unchanged since 1 October 2026) has no Solahart row. None of this is a maker statement that the module is not offered in the United States, and no United States datasheet or warranty naming the model was found. - Australia; Solahart's PV warranty (document 122354 Rev 07, dated 6 May 2026, stated as valid in Australia for products sold after 6 May 2026) expressly names the BRB3 family with 30-year product and linear performance coverage. The document is silent on the terms for products sold before that date. It states that the performance guarantee is offered by the source manufacturer identified on the relevant datasheet, with claims made through the local Solahart dealer, and that it applies only to front-side power output. The SOLAHART455BRB3 datasheet names Solahart Industries Pty Ltd and a country of manufacture (China) but no separate source manufacturer, and states that the guarantee is calculated relative to the 450 Wp minimum sorted power. The warranty provides repair, replacement or fair-market-value remedies and Solahart pays technical inspection and transport to its nominated location. Dismantling and reinstallation are the customer's responsibility. The voluntary warranty is issued to the Original End-User and does not publish a PV-module ownership-transfer pathway.
