Tongwei may issue a return authorisation, and the claimant must cooperate with the return. Tongwei may reject a claim that misses these requirements.; remedy: At Tongwei's sole choice: repair, replacement or additional modules, power compensation, financial compensation, or refund and return. After repair, replacement or compensation the original remaining warranty term continues and is not renewed. If Tongwei opts for remedies such as replacement or power compensation and the claimed module products are no longer manufactured, unavailable for supply or withdrawn from the market, Tongwei may provide new-technology products to replace them, with total power not less than the total reasonable claimed power of the original products. The earlier Australian instrument dated 30 May 2025 lists the same family at 15 years. Which instrument applies to a given purchase is not publicly established. The current instrument starts the term at the earlier of delivery to the direct purchaser or six months after factory-out; the earlier one starts it at the earlier of installation or the 90th day after delivery.
